Giant rat was a creature that was cut from Fallout 3. It was first revealed when Bethesda released all the concept art done by Adam Adamowicz.

The giant rats that were supposed to be in Fallout 3 can be seen walking on its hind legs in some pieces of concept art. Its fur seems to be falling off, and it seems to be approximately the size of a yao guai.
