General George M. Martine was the commanding officer of Fort Hagen in 2077.

According to terminal entries of the Greater Mass blood clinic in 2077, George suffered from elevated blood glucose and cholesterol. Due to one of his standing orders, however, his health was always to be recorded as normal or excellent.[1]
Another of his standing orders involved having the workers at the blood clinic forward all bloodwork results from his wife, Alexis J. Martine, to him. This included paternity test results indicating that there was a 90% chance that Private Cesar M. Lopez was the father of Alexis Martine's unborn child.[2][3]
