The gecko-backed metal armor, reinforced is a type of armor in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

CharacteristicsEdit

This armor provides a Damage Threshold of 20 as well as increased resistance to fire, poison and radiation, but also reduces Agility by -1 like all metal armors. It also provides +4 DT more than the normal version, at the cost of a 5 pound increase in weight.

Like all gecko-backed armor introduced in Honest Hearts, its appearance is unchanged from the original armor type.

NotesEdit

• Originally, when you made this armor it was always in 100% condition. Since the Old World Blues patch and add-on, it no longer is. Rather, it depends upon the condition of the armor used to craft it.

BugsEdit

ps3 xbox360 pc If you are wearing the metal armor during crafting, you will retain a -1 AGL even when you take off the newly crafted piece. ^[verified]
