Entrance to the driver's seat was achieved through a lift-off roof/windshield. Like all vehicles in the Capital Wasteland, it will burn briefly and then explode with a force similar to that of a mini nuke if shot at enough. According to a Fallout 4 concept art note, the Fusion Flea Supreme was inspired by the 1955 Messerschmitt KR200.
The Fusion Flea Supreme is a common sight throughout the Capital Wasteland of Fallout 3, like on truck trailers (Corvega factory), but only two are seen in the Mojave Wasteland; one is located at the El Dorado dry lake on its side against a truck, and the other at the Ivanpah race track. In Fallout 4, it is a relatively common sight just like the second microcar in the game, the Zip. Locations include Concord and the parking lot outside the Revere satellite array and other locations scattered through the wasteland. Only one pre-War model can be seen in Sanctuary Hills before the bombs fall.
