Exterior
Edit
There is a raider camp on top of the Metro with a variety of minor loot and a tent with beds in it. Around 3 to 6 raiders depending on level will engage you as you approach the camp site.
Interior
Edit
Inside there are many feral ghouls, with a guide (who will most likely to be dead when you get there) in between Friendship Heights and the Chevy Chase metro.

Notes
Edit
- You might encounter one or two friendly radroaches as soon as you enter.
- There may be a friendly raider just inside the compound. However, the only speech option when speaking with him is "I'd better get going."
