The fresh carrot and fresh potato are food items found in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

Fresh carrotEdit

The fresh carrot restores some of your hit points without irradiating you. It is one of the few edible food items that doesn't give you any radiation, In hardcore mode, it reduces starvation and dehydration.

Fresh potatoEdit

The fresh potato restores some of your hit points and is one of the few edible food items that doesn't give you any radiation.

It is also an ingredient in Cook-Cook's Fiend stew.
