Fresh pears are food items in Fallout 3. They are fresh fruit seldomly found in the wasteland, usually cultivated in temperate areas before the War.

Like other fresh food, fresh pears will restore 10 HP (12 if you have the food sanitizer in your inventory) while providing no radiation. Fresh pears are the least available of the fresh foods, right behind fresh carrots.

- The only stock of fresh pears in Fallout 3 is the Rivet City science lab.
