Fresh Apple is a food item found in Fallout 3. It can restore some of your Hit Points without radiating you.

- Fresh Apples and all other fresh items are mostly found in Rivet City Science Lab. There are four apples here but be aware that taking them is a crime. Dogmeat can get them for you with no negative Karma on the PS3 and the Xbox 360, but not PC.
- One can be found in the ladies' room of Arlington Library, at the base of the garbage can.
- If dropped on the ground in Rivet City, some of the scientists will pick them up.
- It is one of the only edible food items that doesn't give you any radiation besides other fresh food, as well as food found in a non-compromised vault.
- Can be picked up and dragged to a corner so the scientists will not see you steal it.
- If you wait (manually, not Wait), Janice Kaplinski will eat the ones in the Lab.
- You can also wait until everyone is busy going to the Jefferson Memorial or moved to the Citadel and steal the fresh fruit without fear of witnesses.
