Frank Weathers used to be a farmer from Junktown with a farm with over a hundred acres, but got tired of plowing fields all day and decided to move out to New Vegas with his family. Afterwards, he became very abusive to them, beating them for the smallest reasons. His family was planning to run away to escape from Frank's abuse, but they were captured by Caesar's Legion while traveling to New Vegas. During this, Frank ran and abandoned his family, and has hated himself for doing so since.
Left My Heart: Speaking to him about his family starts this quest. If you return to him, you can confront him about his abusive tendencies and pass a speech check to make him stop being an abusive husband.
If you complete Left My Heart without talking to Frank, he can't be spoken to afterward. Also, through a speech challenge (35), you can make him commit suicide.
