Frank is the underseer of the unnamed vault in the Van Buren tech demo.^[1]

BackgroundEdit

Frank is in charge until the Overseer arrives, but things aren't going according to his plan. When the player arrives, the Vault's generator, life support system, and eyebot are not working.

When the Prisoner enters the Vault Frank hopes the player is the new Overseer, the Vault's generator, life support system, and eyebot are not working. Frank advises and thanks the Prisoner if the player chooses to help repair Vault's issues.

Frank has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios, and can be found in the tech demo completed for the game. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
