Frank is the bartender of Paradise Falls. He's promptly killed by Ymir when the player approaches the Food region of Paradise Falls for putting water in the Vodka. If you interrupt their conversation before Ymir pulls out his weapon he will not kill Frank. If you never approach the Food region of Paradise Falls it will not initiate the event, and Frank will remain alive.

[edit] Notes

  • If the player is not friendly with the Slavers, Frank will hit you with his bat if you aggravate him.
  • If you decide to exterminate the slavers upon arrival to Paradise Falls, the Slavers turn hostile and won't have time to kill Frank, who also will become hostile to you but usually runs from you rather than fighting. It seems if you enter and exit Eulogy Jones' house, he may then attack you.
  • If the player opens dialogue with Ymir before he kills Frank and Frank remains unharmed, the player may speak to Frank. He will, however, have no dialogue options other than to end the conversation.
  • Frank also drops a finger should the player kill him. He doesn't wear a slave collar so that doesn't make him a slave. The most likely reason that he drops a finger is that he collaborates and works with slavers.

[edit] Bugs

  • If you attack his body with a weapon after he is dead, the slavers will turn hostile towards you.

[edit] Appearances

Frank only appears in Fallout 3.
