After 100's of hours of gameplay I never found the Firelance. I thought it happened and just couldn't find it. I was wrong. As I'm walking alone the street near Wilhelm's Wharf towards the Super Duper Mart, I hear a jet plane, I look up and see a line of smoke. I go "Oh. My. God!" I run over and find myself irradiated, I look around and find a few APC's. I couldn't find the Firelance so I go up to the cliff and I find it. The Legendary Firelance. This has completed my game. - Well done. I simply reloaded the same random encounter location until I found it, then got Dogmeat to collect the weapon and ammo. Fat Man Spoon 22:32, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
