I started playing New Vegas after a bit of a hiatus and I have 10 Blank Robotic Programming Disks in my inventory. They can't be dropped as they are a quest item but it don't seemed to be related to any active quests I have. No information about this item seems to be anywhere on the internet. What is the purpose of this item?
