So my characters strength is at 10 I have all dlc and haven't tampered with anything yet I can still only carry 250lbs I was able to carry 300 before the quest take it back I have all dlc I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it hasn't changed is there anything I can do to fix this also my character gets blood on her and it will not come off like it should any suggestions
