Proposal I: MountHail
- SaintPain→ Here to help."
- its a bit more distinct. Vote conditional on it fitting the page. Agent c (talk) 19:21, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- This one is apart from the regular theme colours in a very good and necessary way, would be less bland and would provide a good change of pace from the common theme colours. Looks a lot more smoother and richer. OfficialLolGuy Talk Blog 20:44, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
Proposal II: Peace'n Hugs
- Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog)
- "Some say this user used to be a Moderator..." 05:04, August 17, 2014 (UTC)
- That brings a "Fallout effect" to the welcome box, having that "RobCo terminal" look. It's the best imo. Matt2077 (talk) 12:41, August 21, 2014 (UTC)
Proposal III: Jspoelstra
- Clearly superior to the other two options. --Skire (talk) 16:00, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- 69.l25 (talk)
- Most fitting our theme colors. Jspoel 17:06, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- Willfiend87 (talk) I like it better than the others.
- If it were not for the fact that the wiki already has a bright as hell background, I would have gone with proposal 1. But bright on bright hurts my eyes, and proposal 3 is much easier on them with a slightly darker colour scheme. Some Assembly Required! 19:39, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- JASPER//"Do you like hurting other people?" 20:19, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- --WrightEveryTime 22:31, August 17, 2014 (UTC)
- Watch in awe! 01:40, August 19, 2014 (UTC)
- Much more preferable.-- A Safe People is a Strong People! 02:36, August 19, 2014 (UTC)
- Seamless interface Don't give up the ship! 02:34, August 20, 2014 (UTC)
- Stands out compared to option 1, and isn't an eyesore like option 2. Archmage NekoNeko's Haunt 22:24, August 20, 2014 (UTC)
- - Chris 22:59, August 21, 2014 (UTC)

Don't think this is an issue for users with 1080p monitors. But on 1366x768 and 1280x800 monitors, there are more scaling issues with the width being set to 20%. Screenshots -- Watch in awe! 20:08, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- My screen resolution is 1920x1080, and I am not having any issues. Not sure if that will help since I am at the other end of the extremes, but figured I would throw that out there. Some Assembly Required! 20:23, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- Looks fine for me on a 1366x768right now. JASPER//"Do you like hurting other people?" 21:53, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- I've set my screen resolution to 1280*1024, set the percentage width to 25 and everything still fits on one line . Everyone should be happy now I hope. Jspoel 22:23, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- Eeyup, looks great now. Thanks. -- Watch in awe! 22:25, August 16, 2014 (UTC)

Thoughts on linking to the User Profile Guide instead of linking to the user's User Page? Linking to their user page is fairly redundant and I forgot that we had this guide. The guide can also be seen as redundant, since it's on the NUN page. But, I think linking to that over their user page would be more beneficial. -- Watch in awe! 22:40, August 16, 2014 (UTC)
- The headers should be styled with text no-wrap so they don't line break at certain screen widths. Other than that I think everything's ok. The Gunny 01:40, August 20, 2014 (UTC)
- Went ahead and added that to all of them, that seems to be the desired effect.. so hopefully everyone's fine with me adding that. -- Watch in awe! 21:29, August 20, 2014 (UTC)

RobCo terminals do not have the eyesore neon yellow on green look. --Skire (talk) 16:39, August 21, 2014 (UTC)
- They were actually all the same color before the vote and were supposed to mimic the dialog boxes. With the in-text links being bolded, but I guess that might've been confusing.. dunno why highlighter yellow though. -- Watch in awe! 00:39, August 22, 2014 (UTC)
- That would've been greatly preferable IMO. Over-emphasising the links is a bit unnecessary I think. --Skire (talk) 02:59, August 22, 2014 (UTC)
- I changed it, but as said in the summary when i changed it, feel free to undo. i just thought the links didn't pop out clear enough. - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 16:40, August 22, 2014 (UTC)

Well, it appears I have won the day. I'll update the welcome message to my proposal. Jspoel 18:24, August 23, 2014 (UTC)
