so ya its about what you think it it, i see on a lot of pages that has info on setan stuff thats from VB. now i have no real problem with it (even if it seems that im like the only fan that started with 1 and 2 and was happyer with the real fallout 3 then VB). now i just want to see what anyone has to say on if anything in it is cannon. i personly think its not and most of the info should be put on a differnt page (other then the main page of what ever its on) or something like that, it was never made and so it should be treated as such (in other words it not takeing a big spot on anypage its on) --MrDot01 00:21, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

VB is partially canon, and much of it is being reinforced by NV; however, there's some parts that contradict Fallout: New Vegas and thus contradict canon. I'd say it's the most-canon of the partially-canon games. --Kris User Hola 02:45, October 6, 2010 (UTC)
Any VB info in articles should be (and mostly is) properly marked as such, like in the Hoover Dam article, just like with info from Fallout Tactics and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. Ausir(talk) 09:10, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

MCA and JE Sawyer consider elements of VB canon, plus, New Vegas draws from a lot of Van Buren source material, so yeah, it's semi-canon. Personal_Sig_Image.gif Tagaziel (call!) 14:07, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

i know all this but i do feel that tactics and BoS should be treated a little higher then VB do to the fact thay were made (even if thay were really crapy). i really brought this up because i was out haveing coffee with a friend and we were talking and i said something (i cant remimber what it is) he stoped me and said "that cant be, in VB such and such happended ( i cant remimber)so that must mean thay are brakeing canon". so that led to a big fight that said left with him saying everything in VB is canon and me saying only the stuff that has been minchened in NV is canon and thus means that it is only part of NV canon (aka fallout canon). --MrDot01 19:24, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

Tactics and BoS were never intended to be canon. Van Buren was to be the second sequel, and therefore completely canon; had it been released, it would have been fully canon. --Kris User Hola 19:40, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

i know all this, but it was not made so there for everything it said could be canon but it could not be canon in the same right. --MrDot01 20:14, October 6, 2010 (UTC)
