Ultra Kill

An ultra kills is an "ultra", or awesome kill. like shooting someone in the head with the Fat Man making his head fly in the air then watching it fly back down and knock over his body. basically, any kill remotely cool. A good ultra kill weapon is the Railway rifle as it pins limbs to nearby walls or just rips 'em clean off. On the page is an Ultra kill with an apparentely low level character blowing an unrecognisable oponnent to smithereens.

Your Ultra Kills: Add your name or your characters name and then write a desc.(description) of your Ultra kill. Possibly, upload an image or video of it.

Bob-I shot a Railway rifle at three Raiders pinning all their heads in a pile to the wall behind them.

Sally-I was on top of Tenpenny Tower and i shot of Allistair Tenpennys head with a hunting rifle and it flew over the edge leaving his body still sitting down. later i went outside and i found the head at the entrance. LOL =]

Shot a sniper in some church with the railway rifle and pinned him on the cross. His body was exactly like jesus' during the crucification!

I kicked tenpenny off the balcony when armed with Fisto!. It looked like the "THIS IS SPARTA!!!" scene from 300.

GNR building fighting Behemoth. I walk to the doorway and the behemoth follows me. His head is exatcly at my head's height when i pull out my minigun and shoot his scalp off.

In front of the Museum of History near the Capitol building, there are a few super mutants who spawn upon your first visit to the underworld. I recall there being at least five of them. I do actually have a picture and I'll try and get it up asap. But while fighting; about three of them separated and fell back towards the Museum steps neat a large bus. I had already used my VATS to take care of the two up front so my stray bullets hit the bus behind them, which led to a huge explosion engulfing the super mutants in flame and completely incinerating their corpses. At Evergreen Mills, armed with Fisto!, with a stealth-boy, and with master unarmed and sneak, leaped in the air and punched the behemoth in the face, killing it instantly and sending it flying.

Killing Mr. Crowley so I could take the T-51b in my own time. Crossing the Arlington Memorial Bridge (I think), I blew up the car next to him, but he survived. But then the car on the far side of him exploded, killing him. It broke him apart and launched him backwards. He landed in a messy heap, minus his torso (still haven't found it), right about where the first force field thing in the "Take it back!" quest is. Run4urLife! 17:30, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

I was heading to the ranger compound and saw a raider off in the distance. I rapid fired at a car with the wazer wifle and it exploded, sending the raider hurtling about 200 feet away, and over a section of elevated highway. Hilarious. It was one of those moments where you had to pause the game while you finished laughing. LVTDUDE 04:44, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

I was at an Abandoned shack when a Yao Guai charged me. I pulled out my Lincoln Repeater and when he was practically on top of me I fired twice and he flew Twenty meters in the air and landed Twelve meters away. kill the overtseer! 11:20, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

I have twice, over the course of three playthroughs, made human enemies do flips and kick their decapitated heads. One did a frontwards flip and hit his head with his heel, sending it higher in the air. The other did a backflip and hit his head with his toes, sending it backwards. Daniel(I wrote this page): Firstly when i was fighting the behemoth outside GNR i fired the fat Man in the air causing it to come down, smack bang on the behemoths head. it was a satisfying, bloody kill. And secondly i was fighting a raider and i grenaded him, i then quickly changed to the Railway rifle and shot him, he then got pinned, by the neck, to an overhanging rafter, with his head to the side, as if he'd been hung. Oh! And thanks for the great kills! thanks for writing on my page!

Houston- its not really a kill but a knockout on dad, as he was running under a bridge i blew up a car nearby which flung him (hard) against a pillar rendering him unconcious. it looked so awesome and funny because he got owned and all the way back to rivet city by me, my xuanlong and some undetonated cars Mr snip 09:59, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

The 1st time i met a deathclaw, I had my Hunting Rifle Equipped and I used all my V.A.T.S points on it's head and the head went about 5m back and the body did a backflip in the air.Silent.Killa78

I got really bored, and decided to see what kind of gruesome kills I could get, so I picked bloody mess, and went nuts. Funniest thing ever: VATS unarmed kill on a Deathclaw: Kicked it in the shin and it's legs flew off. Then I saw its pose when it landed: reaching for its severed legs. I became overburdened while looting a ruined house, and some raiders showed up. I was slogging out to kill them, and looked out through a gap in the wall. A raider was facing me through the gap with his assault rifle drawn, and said something about "we got a bleeder," when Charon shows up out of nowhere and blindsides him with Fawkes' Super Sledge. I was exploring and found the Overlook Drivin' (I think that's what it's called, it's near Tenpenny Tower)I was shooting at a raider but too many of my shots hit a car and it set of chain reaction, blowing up all the cars there. Of the 4-5 raiders I was fighting, I never found even a single tiny giblet after a good 1/2 hour of searching the area.

Another time I was at Takoma Industrial inside the factory trying to sneak, but a Super Mutant armed with a super sledge saw me came at me. I targeted his head twice in VATS with the Gauss rifle. He was pretty much on top of me when the first shot hit and the knock-back sent him about 20 feet in the air, where the second shot blew his head and limbs off landing in pieces all around me.67.211.81.140 07:53, 13 May 2009 (UTC)Cavesloth

Shorty after playing the game for the first time, I was at the playground in Minefield for the Survival Guide quest when Arkansas started shooting at me. I targeted his head in VATS (maybe 10% chance) with the 10mm pistol and fired once. It did the lovely cinematic following the bullet and blowing his head clean off. Maybe not necessarily an Ultrakill, but definately memorable for being very new to the game.

More recently, I was being charged by a Deathclaw, and armed with the Gauss Rifle, targeted it's head in VATS (man, I love VATS), fired once and the Deathclaw did a frontflip towards me at about 10-20 feet in the air. While it was still in the air, I targeted it again and finished the job. It didn't get up after that.Rules27 18:17, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Once I got charged at by a Yao Guai and as it jumped at me I opened VATS shot him in the head with a combat shotgun and when I came out of VATS he carried on going really really fast high in the air and just dissapeared into the horizon, it was funny as hell but I was kinda peeved cause I wanted to loot him and had no idea where the body had landed.131.251.134.159 16:42, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

I just got my new Rockit Launcher during the Shoot 'Em in the Head quest, so I went up to Allistar and talked to him, then decided to see what karma I would get for killing him, so I grabbed his chessboard and rocketed it at him, and that's when Bloody Mess decided to take effect and destroy him, sending parts over the edge, leaving a limp, lifeless torso laying on the chair. Jim "JK"-I hunted after thewaterbegger near Rivet City and shot him three time ,point blank with a ten mm.Result-massive blood puddle on his body but his head (the last shot) launched way off and landed in the water.

Alright,two Yao Guai stories.Number 1,I shot a Yao Guai in the FACE with the shotgun then quick punched it in the gun wound and it propelled from the step up transformer I killed it on alll the way acroos the street in a circular motion until it smaked down in the middle of a forest.I saw the body land but I searched for a good twenty minutes and I can't find the crash site/Story 2,I attempted that same manuver but with a railway rifle.It didn't launch into the forest though.It got pinned by the HEAD onto a billboard.I laughed my @$$ off! 68.32.99.81 02:49, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Went to Roosevelt Academy last night with my ass kicking party of 8. We proceded to gang rape a Super Mutant Overlord and as I was targeting it in Vats shooting with my Lincoln's Repeater; one of my companions dealt the killing blow which sent the Overlord spinning head over heels. I got to see this all in Vats mode and I still had one shot left. As the Overlord was standing on his head (in a break dance position), I blew his scalp off! I lmfao for like 5 min straight, then proceded to clear out the rest of the academy.Angelonedge 03:10, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I left Charon outside and went into the AntAgonizer's lair.A ton of ants came out,so I got them into a group.Then I ran away backwards and lobbed a grenade into them.It launched out a static feild and they ALL (six or seven) got frenzied.Then beat the crap out of eachother for a good five minutes.One crawled out,the only survivor but every single limb was crippled.Then he said "I don't wanna play anymore..." so I punched him the face with the Fist-O! and that killed him. i got 2 one isnt a utlra kill one is i was fighting a super mutant master i took out my gauss rifle and shot him the kick back flew him all the way into a lake he was shooting me under water then i just realized a sport mutant fishing only works with grenades hes now on the lake floating and the other one which is a ultra kill was when a deathclaw goes all the way up in the air well when it was really high up i vats as far as it good with the gauss rifle it took forever and i got a knock out it started falling really fast down i was wondering where it was it landed behind me and then killed me dakota1431

I was bored so I shot a bunch of heavy incinerator shots in the air wildly, set off a chain reaction of cars and I got like 100 exp

One of my favorite kill combos, shot a Mirelurk in the chin(ish) area of the face sent him spiraling up and blocking a shot from a plasma rifle, then Hotkeyed my Gauss rifle and killed then enclave on the overpass, Bloody Mess kicked in and helped me get (at that point) an early set of Tesla, Plasma Rifle, MF Cells, and Plasma Grenades.

It was my first time shooting the MIRV and saw an enclave camp in the middle of nowhere so i decided to try it out. I climbed up a mountian and shot at about a 60 degree angle. Everyone of the 8 nuke fell on top of the 3 soldiers, 2 officers and 2 deathclaws. I still cant find the bodys :D

I like the kills where an enemy is just nearly visible on the horizon and barely visible on the radar and I take out a long range weapon and pick them off and all I see is an itty bitty puff of red in my sights (and maybe a chunk or two). Butcher Pete 01:04, March 11, 2010 (UTC)

I have had my share of fortuitous and bloody ultra kills, but the most amusing one was a kill that I did not make (technically). I was in the Church of the Children of Atom in Megaton and during a service in the downstairs, I used the Mesmetron on Mother Maya. She went into a frenzy and before she could make even one violent move the whole congregation swarmed her up-close-and-personal with melee weapons. With so many assailants, she was absolutely pulverized, and everything but her head and torso were quickly reduced to nothing but giblets. The congregation then turned away from her destroyed body and one walking in my direction said in an upbeat voice "Oh, hey! Good morning" before they all sat back down. I was going to kill Mr. Crowley for his keys while he was in the museum atrium so I hid behind a wall and vats him in the head with the gauss rifle, the first shot knocked him down with his legs facing towards me, the second shot narrowly skimmed his back and smacked him upside the back of his head causing it to explode! Sticky! Another time I was battling some raiders with my shocksword, I hit one and crippled him, he walked backwards until he hit the sandbags, then the shock came into effect and killed him, it looked like something from a film the way he stumbled away and collapsed! Another time I was on my way to White House Plaza for Broken Steel and saw 3-4 super mutants shooting at the Brotherhood there...the Frankensteins were all standing next to a bus...God I love the Plasma Rifle!!! One time out of boredom, i took my full supply of mines, frag, pulse, and plasma, there was about 350 total. i went in front of the door in megaton and put them all down in one area and shot at jericho...he charged at me and went bye-bye. im not sure where he went because i never could find his body. Damo, I was heading west from Andale to the Arlington Library when I encounted some super mutants. I had very low health and action points so I pulled out my Fat Man and aimed at the head. And since the Mini Nuke is like a mortar, I hit it in the nuts! (if it has nuts, because super mutants don't have a gender) Didnt kill it though, must of hurt!
