Due to recent issues and problems with these two users, I am requesting that the unfair actions be reviewed and possibly remove them from their positions. I want people with the highest power in the Nukapedia to read this and take action.
Starting Issues with Tocinoman
Problems with Tocinoman started as he unfairly removed 95% of my edits. Even edits that were there the entire day, was later removed. Here is the poor excuse he gave me when I asked him about it in the Fallout chat on February 18, 2014.
"[03:42] <Tocinoman> Probably because no one else paid attention to them.
[03:43] <Tocinoman> You tend to edit during the slow hours."
Obviously, this is incorrect and shouldn't count as an excuse.
Harassment & Threats
On the same day of February 18, 2014,
I was on Fallout chat hours later when Tochinman and FOWchatbot started threatening me on chat.
So FOW made a few power-abusing threats to really- neglect my Human rights of speech. This is what FOW said after I stated "Tocino abuses".
"[05:01] <FOWchatbot> You got a problem, Survivor?
[05:02] <TheSurvivor2299> Tocinoman abuses
[05:03] <FOWchatbot> Next time, I abuse the kick button."
So because I answer his question, he says he will kick me. Wow, much sense.
More threats from FOWchatbot for me to state my opinion about Tocinoman, but I know better, I would probably get banned if I state that Tochinoman abuses his power by removing my edits unfairly.
"[05:08] <FOWchatbot> You got about 60 seconds to get very specific.
[05:08] <TheSurvivor2299> Nice threat. For no reason. Such a leader"
After that last line from me, I left the chat. FOWchatbot continued to harass me after my presence is gone.
FOWchatbot said:
"[05:09] <FOWchatbot> He's a fucking troll."
I believe that line clearly breaks rule #3 for Chat Rules.
Leading up to an unfair ban
On February 19, many dialogue was said between me, FOWchatbot, and Tocinoman that lead me to a ban, without reason or warning.
Due to chatlog problems, the dialogue that started the issues isn't recorded for some reason. Here is a huge time gap in the saved chatlog

[05:10] <Tocinoman> Not everyone likes math.
As you can see, the lines between 4:37 and 5:10 are not there/recorded in the chatlog, so I might have a skip a small issue that lead to bigger problems.
So I first got kicked (without warning as stated needed to do to kick somebody in Chat Rules) for saying
[05:11] <TheSurvivor2299> GGAAAAAYYY
When Tocino was saying how he uses the word "stupid".
I was using gay in a nonserious and joking manner, other users say MUCH MUCH worse in a joke manner, but I get kicked for saying gay even though it wasn't an insult or harassment as Tocino claimed?
Getting kicked for using gay is like getting kicked for using straight.
Finally, the final line I said before I got banned
[05:18] <TheSurvivor2299> Abuse. Fallout community really has changed...... bhurt everywhere
It wasn't an insult, and wasn't directed to anyone. So how can I be banned for saying this? Yet again, I was never warned, I was just kicked and banned. If you take time to look at the chat logs, you cleary see how these admins are abusing their power. I don't have problems with other users, only these people. Something needs to be done.
Aftermath
FOWchatbot purposely banned me because he hates me. Here is evidence that he wanted to ban me on purpose with very little evidence of me breaking rules.
[05:19] <FOWchatbot> I should have just banned him last night.
Then, after I got banned, here is Tocinoman not only harassing me, but admitting that he will remove- or as he said "fix" my edits.
[05:19] <Tocinoman> I'm fixing his edits. He's probably going to give me shit about that, too. Lol.
See? Truth revealed.
Also, remember the adminship request that user "Paladin117" had so he can be admin? That "election" is fixed. I voted against him with my fair criticism. Since I did, he wanted to removed my vote.

My Request
I want these actions to be reviewed, discussed, and settled. Also, to review Paladin117's comment, because Im worried that my vote was deleted on purpose to help Paladin to win. If anything, I'd like Tocinoman and FOWchatbot to be removed from their positions or punished in some way. Either way, they DID break rules and DID abuse their position. Hopefully, this is taken seriously and with neutrality from the community. Don't just side with these users because of their power or because they are your friends, these users have broken rules, something needs to be done. I have reported this problem with the people of Wikia, if this issue isn't resolved fairly, I can go back to Wikia for further support and action. Thank you.
Opinions, Help, Advice, Hate. etc?
Your attitude is unprofessional, comments like "GAAAAYYYY" and "Bhurt on Nukapedia" are quite juvenile. It doesn't matter if it was used in a jocular manner, we don't allow that word to be thrown around in chat like that. Also, your comment was removed from Paladin's request because you just made your account, and believe me, it staying wouldn't have really affected the outcome. Also, are you gathering these comments from the chat log? If so, that's abuse of the intended function. --TwoBearsHigh-Fiving

- Reverted Edits - I looked through your edits. Most of them were extremely minor or were speculative. And as our policies state, speculation is not allowed. So this point is moot.
- Harassment - You specifically went out of your way to be antagonistic, which is indeed one of our chat guidelines; specifically, look under the rule Don't be a dick. Not only were you blatantly accusing one of our users of abuse without proof, but you then proceeded to insult another user. Your ban was justified, and so this point is moot.
- Unfair Ban - Please read the point before this one. Again, your ban was justified, and so this point is also moot.
- Aftermath - First of all, your vote was ignorant and insulting. We also have policies in place stating that someone that just created an account cannot vote on the same day. Second of all, after your attitude, who can blame Gunny for reviewing the events that led up to your inevitable ban in hindsight?

- Okay, lets review some things here.
- Edits. Please point to some specific edits. Open claims like "95%" aren't acceptable. You need to back it up.
- "Freedom of Speech". Sorry, no such thing here. You give it up when you accept the terms of use. When did you do that? When you used the site. Human rights are between you and the government, not in private arrangements like you and the Nukapedia Community.
- If you're going to accuse people of misconduct, including abuses of power, its up to you to back those up. If you just make unfounded allegations, or refuse to support your allegations, firstly its against the rules, and second, its potentially Libel/slander and/or trolling.
- "He's a fucking troll." Isnt extreme, or directed at a user. Its just a typical emphasis mark, and is a description of behaviour.
- Your ban wasn't unfair. I reviewed the logs, you were warned that the term "gay" cannot be used in a derogatory sense, and persisted. The ban was fair.
- [05:19] <Tocinoman> I'm fixing his edits. He's probably going to give me shit about that, too. Lol. - You've assigned malice to a comment that has a non macilical meaning. This is s contrevention of our "good faith" guideline.

- Sorry, but that comes off as an insult and compared to the stories I've heard about the Fallout community, it's completely wrong. Also, Paladin117 was just saying that the reasoning behind your vote was confusing. He was not trying to remove it in anyway. I also wouldn't mind a link to the chat logs that you used, so I can review them in context.
