According to a interview with a "Larry Liberty", a companion in FNV will be connected to FO3. Who is this companion? I think it will be Dogmeat the Third. Tezzla blah blah blah 15:22, June 5, 2010 (UTC)

Larry's the senior producer, don't act like he's fake. He'll annihilate you, you mother-loving communist!
Anyway, the way I see it, it could either be Fawkes, because he's a badass, Charon, because all the fanfiction authors adore him, Doggie, because he's a staple of the genre now, or RL-3, because he's a robot.
I would love to see more Jericho, though. :P
Of course, it could be a character from F3 that wasn't a companion, like Chrissy in F2 and VB. Nitty Tok. 15:27, June 5, 2010 (UTC)
I no this doesent have anything to do with companions, but harold from oasis is in all 3 fallouts i think that desmond from point lookout should be in new vegas. As he comments saying hes leaving to fight more of his eerr enemys so he could appear in fallout new vegas
Desmond went north, not west. Nitty Tok. 17:10, June 5, 2010 (UTC)

Connected could mean anything. Could be a Paladin that made the cross, and since East Coast Brotherhood is in FO3, it is a connection. I hope it's the ghost of Callahan.

I think it would be more likely to be an Outcast than one of the ECBOS. BoS Paladin Thumbnail Knight Captain Ski (radio) 23:09, June 5, 2010 (UTC)

As much as I'd love to see Desmond in NV I doubt he'd show up there. Hopefully it'll be Dogmeat, although it'll be disappointing if they use the same 'scavengers dog' model like they did in FO3. They could at least change it a bit... It's weird that all dogs look exactly the same, lol. Metalspork (word vomit) 18:12, June 6, 2010 (UTC)
I think that a Big horner would be a good pet sending your enemy flying threw the air, lol

It may actually be Des, as he said he has business with some other person, so that person might be in Vegas. Tezzla blah blah blah 14:17, June 12, 2010 (UTC)

When Desmond left he was heading north, not west. Besides, Desmond's a dick. I enjoyed blowing his head off. Knight Captain Ski (radio) 22:26, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
