So, I destroyed the Hidden Valley but after all, the ending scene says the Brotherhood of Steel has managed to reclaim the HELIOS ONE and made it as their base, what the ****???

If Hidden Valley is Mojave BoS' only base, wouldn't they all vaporise in the air? Is this a glitch? or BoS' other chapters came to reinforce without noticing me in game? or most likely, I didn't do something right?

I probably shouldn't care but I was trying to impose an absolute rule by myself for the outcome, and it slightly annoyed me that I missed a powerful faction such as BoS.

(Note: My character was mostly loyal to NCR as a good dog but suddenly betrayed the republic and went to the Yes Man ending by last minute. the turning point of my loyalty happened during the BoS mission, NCR's colonel ordered me to wipe out the Hidden Valley, but after I did, I didn't report back to Hoover Dam, instead I told Yes Man to activate robot army for final showdown, I dunno if this impacted BoS' outcome?)

Never heard of this happening with the Independent route, only the Legion. Assuming it's a random glitch if you detonated the bunker. I always slaughter them to the last man rather than destroying the advanced tech, and it seems to always give me the seemingly correct ending for them.
