The Wikia is kind of vague on this: Can you safely store things in My Megaton House (in the lockers, desks, file cabinets, etc.) or will they reset/respawn?
Up to now, I have been just putting my extra items either on top of the wooden bookshelf, or upstairs on the big table or in the closing door room with the metal bookshelf...
I would also like to know if, since I'm "storing" these items in these locations, if I buy a House Theme from Craterside, will I lose all these items since they might be replaced with theme items? Or will they just pile on top of eachother?
Please try to answer both questions if you can.

Since that's your house you can store everything in the lockers, desks, etc. If you buy a theme from Craterside, you will not lose anything. I have over 2000 lbs. of weapons and armor and over 4000 lbs. of misc. items and haven't lost anything. -xDisciplex
