Started a new play through, doing the come fly with me quest and as you approach Repconn, if you stick to the right and climb the little cliff, there is a random fence. Just seemed strange to me. Decided to jump over it, took me a few minutes to get out when I panicked and realised I hadn't saved in a while, I know there won't be any more DLC for this game. Maybe it was put in for planned dlc that was cancelled??
