After eating you will have the well rested benefit for 8 hours, and your health gain will be triple the normal amount for eating. Also eating food does not give you radiation. Requirements- 50 Medicine, 7 Intelligence.
Flame Man- When your health drops below 10%, you become the flame man. All enemies you touch become engulfed in flames, taking 30 damage per second, but the flames extinguish in 5 seconds. Requirements- None.

Fast Runner- Ever wanted to escape fast, without being hailed with bullets? Well, now you can! This perk allows you to run 3 times faster all the time, 5 times more when fleeing, and can now run normally if over encumbered, but only when escaping combat. Requirements- Strength 6, Endurance 7, Sneak 50.
Free Refill- With this perk, empty bottles can be refilled at water sources. This removes all radiation, and doubles the health gain from the water source. Requirements- 65 Science, 6 Intelligence.
Zoomed- This perk adds a scope to every gun! From Gauss Rifle to .32 Pistol, every gun now has a scope. Requirements- 50 Big Guns, 50 Small guns.

Horror- The Creatures Of The Night now roam the wastes. Werewolves, Vampires, and Zombies are occasionally seen during a full moon. If they bite you, you become one of them. I was looking over your Perks ideas for FO4. To me it looks like you are taking all the cautions and the hazards out of the game. Half of your Perks are retreat Perks or Perks that negate the effects of nuclear fallout. The other half are Perks that will make you superhuman by giving you more damage then most of the guns in the game. Also, why is there no requirement to be a "Bible Thumper" but a requirement to be, for lack of better worlds, a Devil Worshipper? If you going to have two perks that are on total oppisite of the good versus evil spectrum, then they both should have some sort of requirement or none at all. These are just my opinions. -Drop-Zone- 13:24, December 29, 2009 (UTC)
I don't know how to wait, it doesn't tell me in the manual for the PS3. SucksLiam Spencer 02:40, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
- My idea sucks just because you think PS3's can't use it? You click select. - RASICTalk 02:42, December 30, 2009 (UTC)

I remember seeing a perk pack on Fallout3Nexus that looked pretty balanced. All of these perks are teh phail. Example perk; Leave No Man Behind: When a follower's HP drops below 25%, you deal 25% more damage to everything. There was also RRRRRAAAAAAGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEE!!!, which increased Strength and Endurance by 2 for each crippled limb whenever you crippled your limbs. Nitty Tok. 02:50, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
I also had an ideda that sort of links in, perk challenges, I.E. kill so many people with energy weapons you do more damage or reload faster with energy weapons and so on. - RASICTalk 02:57, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
- That's a terrible idea. Everybody's gonna kill that many people anyway. I think that I'm making my perks too much like traits, though. BUT WE NEED TRAITS BACK!!! Nitty Tok. 03:02, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
- Well maybe not killing but some form of perk or something that you have to work for instead of just leveling up, like finishing an unmarked quest. - RASICTalk 03:05, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
