If you have ever walked to the Northern Passage maybe it is a new DLC. Some times the rocks there open and a hallway with lanterns takes you to an exit that does not let you go through. I dont think it is a bug because why would the developers put it there? It hopefully is!

Seeing as how Utah is north of Nevada, yeah, I'm guessing the Northern Passage will be the way to New Canaan when Honest Hearts is released
