Hello! Kirkburn here to tell you about our newest feature which we're enabling on your wiki: the Video Embed Tool.

This tool allows you to quickly and easily add videos to your wiki via a button on the editing toolbar (both in the old and new editor). We know that gamers love to embed videos on various articles, such a trailers, walkthroughs and machinima - and we want to make doing so even easier.

Over the next few weeks will be adding support for additional video sites, as well as the ability to search them from the tool itself and great video galleries. If you have any other requests or feedback in general we would love to hear it!

For more information, please see Help:Video Embed Tool. Kirkburn (talk) 19:57, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Hiya Kirkburn, is there an equivalent to gallery display for videos, like we have for images? Ash Nuke AshRandom (Talk) 16:25, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
Yes! That's what we need. A nice small section at the bottom instead of huge obtrusive videos. It's really weird when I'm at work, because my job has blocked YouTube videos. So instead of seeing videos, there's just a huge blank white space at the bottom of these pages. --MadDawg2552 20:59, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
Heya - thanks for the feedback. Yep, we're working on a video gallery function for videos - shouldn't be too far off. Kirkburn (talk) 15:56, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
