I would like to propose that we add this template that is used on many other wikis. This would help lower the amount of images on the Wiki that are normally uploaded for blog comments, signatures, and blogs. This would help keep the Wiki more clear of extra images, and prevent admins from sorting through all of the images that are uploaded often. The following is an example of a Wiki that currently uses the system, along with how to use it: http://mlp.fandom.com/wiki/Template:R .
