It says what I know I keep to myself, careless talk costs lives. The NCR is a very organized and structured military and goes by the book. So what does this NCR trooper know that he doesnt want people outside of the NCR to know about? We dont need to even hear his answer to that question because if he doesnt want us to know about it then obviously we wont be happy about it. So in my opinion this clearly states that the NCR performs tasks that they do not want people outside of the NCR to know about and obviously if we knew about what those tasks were we wouldnt be happy about it. Everything that I have said to you is only my opinion. So what do you think about this? Am I a Legion Frumentariius sent from Caesar to lead you away from the righteous path, or am I making a stand against corruption?--Terminator512 23:19, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
- I think you're making a lot of hoopla out of nothing.
- Firstly, all that NCR propaganda is based upon WWI and WWII-era propaganda -- one of the more familiar lines being "loose lips sinks ships". That means, just as this poster states, that if you talk about military action, then there is a possibility of the enemy hearing of it and sabotaging it. It's got nothing to do with your inferred atrocities. Yuri(Leave a message!) 23:23, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks I agree with your opinion in saying that that could possibly be true as well.--Terminator512 23:29, May 13, 2011 (UTC)
Yuri is right. It's about soldiers not accidentally giving away military information because they could be compromised. Or maybe the NCR is just super evil and they have weird slave camps somewhere.--Lx MALEX xl 06:56, May 15, 2011 (UTC)
Individual troopers wont know the full plan. Hear enough though from different Individual troopers and you just might get a decent enough picture. As someone else noted, Loose lips sink ships (and eat chips) Agent c 23:01, May 15, 2011 (UTC)
