How certain is it that the lucky 8 ball helps to meet perk requirements? With the ball I have a luck of 6 and a perception of 6, and the better criticals perk is unavailable to me. PS3 player here.
hmm, every single website says the same thing.
Oh for God Sakes. I just dropped the ball and picked it up and NOW I get an increase. After levelling up too.

This is kind of off topic, but is there a console command to make something a quest item? I'd rather not have things like the 8 ball and my food sanitizer show up when I'm selling stuff and offloading loot onto followers. Imp of the Perverse 05:57, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
