Does anyone know the location of the Lucky 8 Ball?
It's at the end of the quest Big Trouble in Big Town. You have to save Timebomb. He's in the clinic. You'll need 40 in medicine to save him. Don't worry if you already did the quest, just save him and he'll still hand it to you. The only requisite is that the quest is over. Lawlimnator 04:13, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

There is a series of things you need to do.
1) Go to Big Town and enter the clinic, and perform surgery on Timebomb (40 medicine skill needed).
2) Accept the quest to rescue hostages from Germantown Police HQ. Go to the Police HQ, free Red and Shorty and return to Big Town. Talk to Red and they will mention a Mutant raid about to happen.
3) Defend the town from the Mutants (4 total). Once the mutants are dead, Timebomb will thank you and hand over the lucky 8 ball (which gives +1 luck as long as you keep it in your inventory).
