I have a couple issues I've run into... 1. I just hit Level 20. Now, it doesn't seem like I'm getting XP to advance in levels. Is this common/normal? It seems like there are lots more perks that weren't available that should be at higher levels. 2. Any recommendations for finding bobby pins? I was as high as 30 at one point, but I'm way down below 10 now that I seem to have lost patience even when dealing with Very Hard locks.
Any suggestions, comments or assistance are greatly appreciated.

Dont bobby pins spawn on vendors?
- Regarding the level, unless you have Broken Steel, the level cap is 20. With Broken Steel, the level cap reaches its maximum at level 30. As to Bobby pins, some merchants sell them, but I'm not sure which ones or if they respawn-sorry. Thecrystalcrow 12:41, December 4, 2010 (UTC)
Bobby pins are rare to respawn on Merchants or traders, and they don't usually appear in-game outside of containers and such. Your best bet to find some bobby pins is to buy from miscellaneous-selling merchants or to go hunt some ghouls or go scavaging in raider/ghoul environments. Sombar1 04:07, December 5, 2010 (UTC)
Try this hefty yet vague list: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bobby_pin#Locations_-_Fallout_3. Remember that you can restart a lockpick attempt when you feel your pick has withstood too much stress. You won't lose that bobby pin and its sturdiness will be refreshed. GONZO - the editor formerly known as Butcher Pete 00:35, January 5, 2011 (UTC)
