I insulted Crowley the first time I talked to him and now I have no more dialogue options when I talk to him again. Does this mean I can't ever do the 'Shoot Em In the Head!' quest or do I have to complete another quest to unlock it. Is there any way to get back on Crowley's good side? I'm really worried I've screwed it up, please let me know if you've got any tips.
---Pretty sure it doesn't matter. I insulted him when I found that I couldn't receive the quest for some reason. While using the wait feature to find the opportune moment to steal some items after killing the waitress, he suddenly tried talking to him. I responded to him and the quest was available. So two possible things, Karma or proper time of day. Btw I also already killed the old man in the tower and received 25 caps from him prior to receiving the actual quest. Hope it helps. -Vile-
I insulted him and ended up waiting a couple of days to get the quest. BUT, when he paid me (and I killed everyone with headshots), I only had the option of saying that each person was dead, but not with a shot to the head. My question kind of ties in with this thread so I'll mention it here. When I first visited the underworld my only intention was to obtain Charon and I didn't have 2000 caps so I chose the option where, if I killed the ghoul Carol (I think that's her name) I would receive Charon's contract. Well I did that and I thought I did it quietly (with a super sledge) but Crowley saw me and started shooting me with him magnum. So I took his head off with the hammer too!!! I didn't know he was so important at this point. I had spoken to him previously and pissed him off so I thought nothing of it.
Crowley is dead and I have shot all the other people in the head that WOULD have been in the mission. It's a stupid question but am I going to be able to get this mission again or not? and will it stop me from getting the mint armour that's buried behind for locked doors?
