If going evil in this game, what would be the recommended perks/skills, would best suit a horribly evil person? was just checking, any ideas would be helpful.
For evil comedy, put on Bloody Mess, and for a truly dark and creepy person, put on Cannibal. Wear some Tesla Armor, Enclave Armor, Raider Armor, or Talon Company Merc Outfits, and go around killing and eating the innocent. D3V0NST8R 02:44, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
There is also the Mercenary Contract Killer Perk, which teams you up with the talons who kill good people and sell their heads or fingers or something. SMOGLYBILLY
Silent running, chinese stealth suit, and a high sneak skill allow you to easily steal things from vendors or whoever else. Since you are evil and not worried about bad Karma that makes for easy gear and caps... add Mr. Sandman perk and you can silently kill people who are sleeping. Add the Perforator to the mix and you can silently kill anyone with a sneak critical headshot and no one around will notice, even if they were talking to the person whose head you blew off (perforator is the best silent weapon available - as far as I know)Pgoon 17:09, 21 April 2009 (UTC)...
