when you are on the main menu, you will see the mods menu option. If you click into it, you will need to sign in to your Bethesda account. If you're finally signed in you're instantly in the mods menu. And you can download any mod you want but you need some space and an required mod (or downloadable content.)
IMPORTANT: some mods that are in PC version are not available in the Xbox One version. That's only a small problem if you dare to search a mod that's on PC and not on Xbox One. For example I searched for FN P90 and there will be no results found. However its still great for getting past one quest.
