I have now decided, out of boredom waiting for opportunity to get DLCs to discover every location (excluding vault 87 unless I really get bored) in the fallout 3 vanilla game. I have looked at the map of the capital wasteland hoping that I would find the answer to my question but I haven't been able to find it.
