The GECK in the game world simply kills your character in a blinding light(Well, at least in Vault 87 that's all it does). From what I've read, it has been successfully used in the Core region to create a new town, but I'm not sure exactly how it goes about doing that.TestECull 15:06, April 18, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think that's what OP is asking. The GECK in FO2 was simply a high tech compact agreculture kit in FO3 It was a somewhat magic box that ate the burnt up land and spat out life. there are 2 GECKS in the FO universe Black isle's one and Betheseda's one.Azzaman 13:22, April 24, 2010 (UTC)
LOL I i was about to tell you what the GECK was in the story untill i read you properly... It's as you suspected, an editor for FO3 maps and campaigns. Takes a while to learn how to use though you will need to invest some time gripping the basics then playing around then spending more time learning some advanced features.Azzaman 07:10, April 19, 2010 (UTC)
