Hi All,
Playing my evil character now. I used to capture slaves from Megaton. There were lot's of NPCs with generic names I would enslave. Capturing people with real names may cause me issues down the road so I'm looking for another area with generic NPC names. Now that Megaton is no more, I just couldn't resist my evil urge to press the shiny red button :)
Any good town locations with a good amount of (unnamed) NPCs?

I usually do my shopping at Rivet, or Canterbury Commons. Or you could try NPCs that don't really have any role in the game...like at all, ex. Ted from Rivet, or the sniper in Minefield. Xdarkdragonx 06:24, 3 April 2009 (UTC) Dragon

After some time Tenpenny Tower did start to populate with generic "Tenpenny Tower Resident". I'll have to head to Rivet City and slave some Generic Residents there. Thanks for the locations.
I slaved Mr. Lopez at Rivet City, he was so sad and depressed. Now at least he has a goal in life, trying to escape Paradise Falls. I think I would have thrown him into the water if not this.
This evil thing is pretty fun :)
