I am level 25 and I just finished Death From Above, this is my third time(first time with Broken Steel) through the game and I even purposely left a bunch of locations open in the original Wasteland. I think you have missed a bunch of small or unmarked quests and get that lockpick skill up and pick some locks.
What level are you playing on, maybe easy has a reduced XP rule or something.Gadamj 02:31, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Although this is kinda cheap, If you're really just wanting XP keep your difficulty at normal, then when you're about to kill an enemy bump it up to very hard, and it should give you more XP for the kill. --Esscex 06:16, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
