I liked Dad. I'm a sucker for Liam Neeson, so that scored him some extra points, but he had great dialogue. Some characters in that game had pretty dull dialogue, but Dad made me feel good inside whenever he opened his mouth. I can hardly bring myself to make an evil game, because I don't want to disappoint him. When he died, I was bent on killing every last one of the Enclave. My #2 fav is Three Dog, for obvious reasons.

Dave, the guy a little loony but you can't deny his success at setting up a home for his family in the wasteland and being an ex-merc that ruthless people like Tenpenny hires. Put that guy in charge of a bigger settlement and things would get done. Fallout 3 should have had a narrated ending revealing the Republic of Dave annexed Canterbury commons. And while they didn't really have a character at all both Sam Warrick, mysterious wasteland sniper, and the crazy Seward square Preacher had me intrigued and I was disappointed we couldn't find out more about them. Moira Brown. At first play she was just awesome, and she's style hasn't gotten worse: She's enthusiastic, charismatic, with the mind and creativity of a scientist, and a style and speak of a sweet girl. And her monologues! When she cures your radiation ( And a few happy thoughts) or patching you up after getting harmed (stitched a smiley face upon you). I think she's the most original character if F3, and the fact, that she survives even Megaton's explosion means to me that the developers thought the same :)
First of all , Charon , i always thought he was cool , Mayor macready was funny as well i thought , Three dog is good too , moira brown is a great charecter ... and i also quite liked the overseer for some reason ??

Knock Knock in Little Lamplight, she's so enthusiastic and curious. I just love her, she's not a rude ass bitch like all the other kids in Little Lamplight.
I like that one character... whats his name? I can't remember his real name, but most people call him The Lone Wanderer. Yes, that's my favorite character!
Loved :
- Moira Brown (I don't know why everyone hates her. She tried to help people in the Wasteland and i think she's so nice and adorable. If i can marry with her i will do it, no doubt.)
- Leo Stahl (He's hot ! I fall in love with him at the first time. I think he's the most attractive male in game.)
- Flak (I think i like his appearance. Reminds me of Francis from L4D.)
- Paulson (Too bad he appears only in Zeta. I really want him to be my companion.)
- Dogmeat (You're a dog, but you're better than someone that i call "a human".)
Favorite :
- Margaret Primrose (She's a reasonable and openhearted person. I asked her about ghouls in tower and she doesn't mind it as much as the others.)
- Jenny Stahl (Don't know why, but i think she maybe a common...common but cool.)
- Tulip (Ahhh...such a cute ghoul. Even she's a ghoul, she always seems adorable.)
- Gob (I feel so bad when someone became a ghoul. Unlike Jaime in the Dunwich, i think he's a nice person to talk with, and don't judge them because of their appearance.)
- All Robots (Although they haven't heart and mind, sometimes i find they're cute.)
- Carter (Too bad his life is too short. If i can save him from those ugly slavers, i will make him as a companion like Leo Stahl.)
- Kimba (Unlike most people in the Big Town, she doesn't looks childish and annoying as much. She's calm and nice, that's why i love her.)
- Bittercup (I laughed so hard when i criticized her make up and she blamed me ! Haha, such a funny girl.)
- Breadbox (Hmmm ? Huh ? Mmhmm ? Uhuh ? lol ! I don't know why i like him.)
- Uncle Leo (Don't know about him before, but i think he's cool !)
- Sally (Cool girl, hope you will be the next captain on Zeta ship !)

- Sticky (Everyone knows he's annoying as hell ! Luckily i don't want to kill him. Just a one-poor childish man.)
- Doc Church (If he's not a doctor, he may lives in his grave. Oh god he's such an annoying jerk.)
- Gustavo (I don't do anything stupid if you still sell an ammo and weapons for me.)
- Everett (The only one slaver who's smart enough for doesn't mess with me. Call me as a slave again and i will send you to hell.)
