The Perk system in FO4 is nice but I wish Bethesda add a perk like the pack rat perk from FONV. Being that collecting junk now has a reason compared to previous games, a perk similar to the pack rat perk would of been beneficial to this. Nick3258 (talk) 14:07, December 24, 2015 (UTC)
Well Fallout 4 has Strong Back to increase your max. carry weight, allow you to run when overencumbered and even fast travel when overencumbered.
