I also live in Australia and i really enjoy playin f3 i reckon it'd be awesome to see sydney harbour all dried up and such sort of how it can be seen in mad max 2, aswell as more mad max references like a dogmeat, a v8 interceptor, a thunderdome reference

I'm an Aussie as well. I agree with Mr Snip, seeing the Sydney Harbour Bridge all nuked would be pretty cool, and going into the 'outback' with all the crazy mutated animals would be really sweet!

I have been thinking, if a Fallout 4 was to made, where would it be based. I was thinking maybe Australia and a new type of enemy could be a Radroo. (Get it? Kangaroo) anyone else have any thoughts?

I'd like to have the map somewhere near the Capital Wasteland, with Oasis in the southeast corner, similar to the Vault 13/15 Locations in Fallout 1 and 2. (I'm dying to know what happens to good old Harold after F3.) (Bethesda would have a hard time figuring out why "they" should have bombed Australia xD)

Yeah I was thinking that myself. I'm not sure if anyone (besides Bethesda) knows if an other country besides the States was bomed. But anyway, a man can dream. But yeah it would be interesting to find out what happens to Harold, but it could be difficult seeing as you have a few choices with him..

Jup.. it depends on what Oasis-solution is canon.. but killing Harold is like erasing Dogmeat from the Fallout series. (ex. Tactics and stuff) The F4 location also should be a place where FEV-creatures make sence, if they don't go a totally different direction.

I would like to see what has happened in other countries as well. They must A)not be in as bad a situation as the US or B) far worse off than the US. Either of these could explain how at least 2 immigrants, Tenpenny and Moriarty, may have come to be here. If the UK didn't get wiped out why emmigrate to a hostile, barren wasteland? Or, if it were nuked as well, how did they make it across the Atlantic? Anyway, where ever the Muties are taking the hostages to be changed would seem the likliest, if it's not in a DLC. Otherwise north of DC, in the vicinity of the Commonwealth and it's Institute for some badass tech goodies. NYC could be very interesting. Also, Radroos sound too funny to kill. --JiNX Bloodfang 11:41, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

NYC!!!

  • Who said Moriarty and Tenpenny are immigrants? Maybe they just come from other parts of the US where their families have always spoken like that... Snicker 21:03, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

The Australian Outback would be a good setting for fallout 4, u can have mutant roos and emus.--Deathclaw Killer 23:22, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

How about starting in the capitol wasteland, moving on to Philadelphia, and ending up in China? Shanghaied! Nerdychaz 03:39, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

As an aussie that lives in a small country town with a big US intelligence base right next door I think it is obvious why the chinese would nuke australia. I have a problem with why the chinese would bother attacking the US when australia offers everything and more that the US offers without half the complications. Zebidy
