I was thinking about this and while driving on the highway. It will feature lots of Saskatchewan and a bit of Alberta. There will be lots of factions most of them would be by resources. A lot of the land will be coverd in snow because of a nucleur winter.

Places:Icould only think of two city that would fit

             Sask                 Alberta
It would feature Uranium       badlands, Calgary

city, the lake in n.bttlford rockies northern tundra, birch forests vast grass lands, valleys, moose jaw.
