Right, Hello fallout universe, Ryanurch here with another role play scenario: Fallout 3 Misc... I have been playing fallout 3 for a long time, completed it in a lot of ways, but now I want a role play, I have one in mind but it is sketchy. 1: Caravan Guard: Any equipment but you MUST keep your caravan alive, protect them from the demons of the wasteland. When they take you to Canterbury Commons then you should upgrade the caravan you are guarding using your caps, to earn caps simply sell the stuff from the dead bodies of slain enemies to the caravan and buy more ammo for your weapons. 2: Brotherhood Paladin: Dress in Power Armour (T45D edition) and scavenge for tech to sell to the armoury master. Either that or work alongside BOS paladins to kill super mutants and raiders, you need good karma, otherwise you go for...

3: Outcast: Dress in Brotherhood outcast armour (Can be stolen from dead bodies) And sell/give tech to the collector of the outcasts (The outcast outpost can be useful to get armour too) Requires bad karma though, after the waters of life you can play as a...

Enclave Deserter: Requires any enclave armour but Tesla Armour might be the favourite for players without Enclave Hellfire Armour in the Broken Steel DLC. You are a lone killer now, companions MUST have enclave power armour, you mission is to find and wipe out the enclave outposts (The outposts respawn, as do the enemies nearby so you can set up fights too. Then simply kill any enclave soldiers you meet...

You can then make up more of the story as you go on, for example my Character Lyra Serafina Parry (Huge fan of Phillip pullmans dark materials books) is now travelling to point lookout to search for a lost relative and is also going to search for signs of witchcraft in the swamps...

I've been working on a story that begins with an injured hunter / scavenger finding the partial ruins of an unmarked vault controlled by a limited A.I. that mistakes the player for a resident that has suffered a head injury.

So, much like Doc Mitchel, the A.I. provides a pip boy and patches the player up in an Auto Doc allowing for facial reconstruction and then with the A.I. power draining away it administers a psychiatric evaluation that sets the SPECIAL stats and tag skills.

The ruins also has some basic supplies in locked boxes desks ect. The most notable items are a Dark mysterious stranger outfit and matching hat. a computer can be easily hacked to gain a map marker to a nearby settlement and what appears to be some damaged files that read as some sort of covert surveillance from a government agency that's name has been lost with much of the data file corruption.

Once all tutorial options are done the vault ruins power supply is depleted, the A I goes off line for a final time and so with more questions than answers the player now referred to as "The Dark Stranger" heads off to explore.

The communities he encounters are all ripe with paranoia and mistrust for their neighboring villages very much like cold war rivals.

The varied factions recognize the Dark Stranger as a wild card, a man without a country and the seek to use him as their agent for covert missions that range from basic spying, to theft, sabotage, counter intelligence and even assassination as the rival faction draw ever closer to a full scale war.

Finally it will be up to the player to choose what missions to take, who to ally with or to play all sides against each other, to avoid all out war or to see a good part of game world map burn.

I would set it in the Atlantic north east, up state New York and Connecticut..

Other factions would include pockets of the North east Commonwealths, several Pirate bands and a group of paramilitary ghouls with cybernetic implants based on a very dark enclave origin and hat for all smooth skins, a sizable Chinese ghoul remnant army that has migrated south from the days of the Anchorage occupation and some scattered raiders.

The setting would be north Atlantic, post apostolic woodlands, thick with twisted trees and of course more wild post war woodland creatures such as slightly mutated muse, raccoons, beavers and oddly poisonous chipmunks.
