Hello! I know I don't post very often but hopefully my post will be discovered by those that can actually help me.
Yesterday I purchased Fallout 3 GOTY edition off of Steam and ran it to get a .INI file established so I could mod it (I'm assuming this has no relation to the problem) after installing my desired mods through the NMM I went to sleep (er...by that I mean watch YouTube videos on my phone for six hours) and woke up this morning excited to play the game. I went to do this and started it up, after I got through the opening logos I got a message from the Dark God we all love to hate, Games for Windows Live. It said I needed a 25 digit product code or I couldn't play my beloved Fallout 3. However, Steam did not provide a product code and I email Bethsoft shortly before writing this Forum post. If anyone can help me I would be grateful.

My understanding is GFWL has been shut down for DRM. I think Bethsoft is your only hope on this one. Agent c (talk) 14:15, August 29, 2014 (UTC)
