Whenever I start a new character on fallout 2 I can never rescue Vic the trader, I give the radio in but I cant afford the 1000 Caps/coins to buy off vic. I am refusing to sell Sulik and I cant kill all of them because I cant afford any of the decent guns/Weapons, I need a good way to kill the geckos to skin them in the toxic acves to earn more money and I need a way to get a decent gun.
Wow, lots of things.... where to start.
To skin Geckos, you will need to get the Gecko Skinning perk. You can only get this by rescuing smiley in the Toxic Caves... Once you return him to Klamath, he will teach you how.
You will need rubber boots to go through the caves. You can find some in Trapper town (Klamath's east side). Taking Sulik is an extremely good idea... He pays for himself.
As for the Den, if you follow the gangers subplot in Den, you should end up with most of the money you need to rescue vic. If you need more, start digging some graves. Agent c (talk) 16:40, May 3, 2013 (UTC)
