Fallout 1 and 2 for Xbox360 and PS3! via download or on disc.

it was Fallout 3 on xbox that got me hooked! I've never played Fallout 1 or 2 as my PC is not set-up for gaming, but would gladly buy them for the xbox360.

maybe even go a step further and remake fallout 1 and 2 verbatim but using the f3 or later graphics engine and style of gameplay (e.g. 1st/3rd person perspectives).

they (MS and whoever) are/have been remaking Halo: Combat Evolved just a graphics n performance upgrade - story unchanged tho (i think) maybe a few tipbits here n there . so yknow maybe in the next 5 years that would be the best time for Bethesda to seize this idea or after fallout 4 maybe? Having an updated and enhanced Fallout and Fallout 2 ala Fallout 3 would be awesome(not saying Fallout 1 and 2 are bad. They were pretty good back when they came out). Let's say for the sake of argument that if this does happen, most likely they would use the Creation Engine. The story for Halo CE is unchanged, all it's getting is a graphical enhancement and update for Xbox-360, in addition to adding achievements to the remake.--Ryker6123:55, September 4, 2011 (UTC)~4:55pm 9/4/2011

well the argument why it wouldn't be happening is because of the immense scale that it is. they would have to make the game world massive, and I don't see bethesda going back to the fast travel only style.5t3v0 08:09, September 5, 2011 (UTC)

I want to play 1 and 2 before I start 3, and I'd rather not need to buy a computer to do so. YES, Fallout 1 and 2 should be put on the ps3 and Xbox.

what do you post on? Because if you are using a Windows PC (or a mac, but I think later OS versions disabled older apps) made in the last 10 years you should be able to play Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics. Also, They are VERY different to the modern Fallouts though, as they are turn based. Fallout was made in '97, and Fallout 2 was on the same engine, so it shouldn't be hard to play unless you only post on say, a smartphone or tablet. I did manage to play it on a Netbook, but it had a few errors.

Basically what I'm saying is that you don't need to build a modern Six core i7 PC with quad sli nvidia 680s and 80billion gigabytes of ram, or buy an Alienware PC.5t3v0 08:20, April 29, 2012 (UTC)
