hey i noticed if you edit certain weapons such as the Cowboy repeater or This Machine that are clearly modeled after real guns (cough cough winchester .3030 m1 garand cough cough) theres a message in the editing section that says "comments about being or similarities to the [respective gun] will be removed!" Does anyone know why this is? im assuming its a copyright issue but when you think about it these are old ass guns were talking about! wouldnt the names be public domain or something?

Nope. Bethesda's guns are unique. Trust me, if Bethesda wanted a lawsuit they'd be in it.
