Note: Its still work in progress and actually scripting one of the quest lines at the moment and also researching on the WHAT IS HAPPENING IN CANADA RIGHT AFTER ANNEXATION. Therefore its now part of American history plus Im just mentioning post-annex Canada. Any thing else would be left for suggestions which is no-holds-barred-live-out-the-Canadian-imagination but it should create an impact or significance or link to Pre-war and Post-war. For example: Dr. Cannuck invented transistors right before the bombs fell or he founded Nuka Cola (not enough research but its just an example).

Post Annex Canadian City of Toronto in point form: Additional suggestions is appreciated but try to stick with me. Mature and well-evident argument is also encouraged.

1) Canadians share their nuclear paranoia with their southern neighbours. Citizens within the Golden Horseshoe (Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener, Niagara, Oshawa, Guelph, Peterborough, and Brantford... I thought Mississauga is included but oh well thats what the list says on the internet) donated enough money to purchase 100 vaults within the Golden Horseshoe. Each vault is supposedly house 10,000 people with hotbunking (aka sharing beds or something). However, less than a quarter of these vaults actually provided what it is bought for.

2) Annexation of Canada is declared.

3) Political riots began. Non-violent riots soared. Contrarily, violence grew from anarchists.

4) American Military suppression grew. Non-violence stopped. Canadian Anarchist movement formed.

5) Martial Law is declared.

6) Martial Law failed. The week before the Great War, the Anarchist movement successfully acquired military-grade weapons from military bases and foreign arms dealers. (United States were focusing on Anchorage. They didn't have the time and resources to deal with this. The troops stationed in the Golden Horseshoe were mostly drafted recruits training and waiting for further operations)

7) Intra-city War occurred just few hours BEFORE (not after like the Americans) the first missiles were launched. Desparate innocents rushed to the nearest vaults thinking that they could be safe from the ongoing city wide conflict with anarchists. More than 75 vaults were filled to the brim just before the first bombs landed onto the Golden Horseshoe.


Prologue and Tutorial after all those goodie customizations:

1) You begin as a named ancestor (which has the same looks as your actual PC which is the descendant... come on look at Taylor Swift and her grandmother.. its pretty possible)

2) If you begin as a guy, you are a police officer. Combat tutorials initiated when you and your partner were trying to arrest or kill the Anarchists. You have a police baton, short-barreled revolver/laser pistol (if tag perks is both Guns and Energy, pistol is default), a frag grenade and knuckle bracers already at your disposal. Official war is declared and US troops finally about to pour into the city after Operation Anchorage. You rushed back home with your car. [Insert driving animated cutscene]. You got home and your wife and kid is missing. This is were interaction and open world gameplay come into effect but only within the small street lane where you ask the neighbours (or have fun killing them off because the world gone awry) of where did your family went. [Insert cutscene where you go to the vault where your family went and see the door open with strangers lined up beside you anxiously to get in. The bombs finally came in,destroying most parts and you could see mushroom clouds from the southern side of the lakes which was the US side. You could also see some parts of Golden Horseshoe mushroom clouds. You finally got in before the radiation spreads.] The end.

If you begin as a woman, you are the housewife. You just heard the riots and the fires blazing, and the guns from the radio. Worried sick, you decided to pick up your son from school. The streets are already in chaos, your son's school was not any better. You got into the school. Its quiet, and everywhere is trashed. Most of the lights are out and some even just flicker. You have to find your son from his classroom, cafeteria, and/or gym (random generated quest). There were a couple of Anarchists inside. You killed them using a weapon from a dead loot based on your tag weapon perk (pistol is default). After you found your son, you and your son heard a screaming woman along with some anarchists. You could ignore and let her get raped or you could stop them. (oh yeah you cant heal yet so basically you still have the same amount of health since the other two anarchists). You enter the car. [Insert cutscene when you arrived at the vault with other people waiting to get inside. You were also trying to find your husband which is the police officer. Your husband found you and you get to see the nukes rolled in and ended the conflict] The end.

So guys... Watcha think? if I could I would add more stuff later... I know this dream is just a dream and devs would ignore this. But its more entertaining than to actually play the game at the moment. Also, I havent research anything about Fallout Canada so please be merciful.--XXKrothensXx 06:50, April 13, 2012 (UTC)

UPDATE: Fallout: Ronto takes place in the inner Golden Horseshoe. After weeks of nuclear winter and acidic rain, the cities of the Golden Horseshoe became rapidly decomposed (or melted by the acid), desolate place. The Great Lake (Lake Ontario) is reduced into a deep river. However, the lake bed became the only arable land. Societies grew, the land where the lake was became a priceless piece of farming land. Since there are more people survived the war, large group of societies formed. They were often want to take the Great Land for themselves. This led to Inter-society wars, one who wish that food is for everyone and the other is for themselves. The "good" society received help from the Cannucks, a small but powerful group of Power Armoured humanitarians.--XXKrothensXx 06:49, April 13, 2012 (UTC)

Update: On the other hand, the "good" and "bad" alliances both ostracize the mutated, and the ghouls. They wouldn't let any deformed humans living with them. The mutated and the civilized ghouls formed into a one huge underdog, downtrodden faction who seek vengeance for such discrimination. They also able to gather up the straggling super mutants. Together they formed into a dangerous threat to the societies. Although the Mutant faction didn't have an outstanding leader and their weaponry is primitive compared to the Canucks, their raw, and overwhelming numbers makes up the difference in battle. Two different societies formed a military alliance (Though they do not share the same beliefs or acknowledge it, they considered the mutants as a common threat). The Society Alliance with the Cannucks are now engaged into a war against the Mutants. This war had attracted a branch of the Institution of the Common Wealth. This branch had provided weaponry and security for the Society as War Economy. The Society later backed out of the war as in terms that they grew more passive-defensive against the Mutants instead of an all-out offensive war. Since the war cooled down, the branch of the Institute decided to enslave people for profits and scientific experiments. This is where the Cannucks jumped in to stop the Canadian Institute Branch of the Commonwealth (CIBC which is the same acronym as a canadian bank of the real world) from enslaving the population. This caused an all out three way war, and the Society is in the middle. The CIBC based on the Mississauga-Hamilton Area still selling weaponry to mercenaries. The Mutants are heavily concentrated around the northern outskirts of Toronto which is within Richmond Hill and Markham with stragglers and posts within the Downtown Ruins of Toronto. The Society and the Cannucks are settled along the lake coasts of Toronto. There are other unfortunate settlements scattered all over and around the city of Toronto.

Heres the Pros and Cons of Each Faction:

Cannucks- has power armors with extensive and advanced training and weaponry however, they are heavily few in numbers and only a pinchful of recruits are deemed worthy to wear the priceless variations of power armors. They have gadgets, robots, and heavy weaponry to aid them in battle.

Mutants - Has numbers to compensate poor leadership and primitive weaponry. They consist of Ghouls, Mutants(much like from Total Recall or Rage), and Super Mutants with different variations of Cerebus. They could gather up a horde of Feral Ghouls.

Canadian Institute Branch of the Commonwealth - Has balanced and manageable amount of numbers due to cheap, recyclable, and manufacturable military-ready androids. Their scientific achievements and undisputed domination on their area of Massachusetts had provided them with balanced and varied amount of weaponry. Their mastery of espionage and had control over some Deathclaws are their specialty in battle.
