Due to the shortage of bureaucrat presence and activity level at present (due to personal and professional obligations), I feel there is a need for an additional bureaucrat to be added to the ranks. As such, I would like to put myself forward in the same process as in a admin request.

For those who are new and unaware of me, I include below a link to my previous admin request (not much has changed). Plus additional links that may be helpful in a person decision.

• Ghost reminds me of Goth in a number of ways, and I don't see how making him a bureaucrat is a bad thing. On the other hand, I don't really see why we need another bureaucrat; IIRC, the only difference between admin and bureau is the ability to switch other user priviledges, yes? • I think that Ghost has the technological ability and presence enough to be bumped up this little bit more. He is always around to help out and so he will be able to fit nicely as a new bureaucrat. The bot does a lot of good, and Ghost is around a lot of the time doing more admin and bureaucrat style work than most.

• Ghost is not just a great user, he's one of the best. If all members did even a 0.1% of the amount of work that Ghost has done for The Vault the this wouldn't just be one of the best gaming wiki. It would be the best wiki period. --RAM 20:51, August 28, 2011 (UTC)

• Ghost is not even an admin since 5 months and he is just one of the best user and admin I see here. He is objective, he is almost always on the Wiki, he is understanding, listening, helping, and he is an expert on a wide range of things. And even without the shortage of bureaucrat presence and activity, I think even he would do his request more earlier (like his admin request). +100% my friend ;). We need an active bureaucrat, the other three are too busy with work. Forum threads are waiting too long for a decision; the one Avatar pointed out and also the Forum:Wiki moderators. Jspoel 13:48, August 28, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Nitty's vote

I would like to point out that items like Forum:Sister Wiki request - The Wasteland Survival Guide are still waiting an official verdict. While I realise there isn't much in the way of additional tools with the position. The request is more in-regard to supporting The Vault and the bureaucrats in these administrative roles. 02:22, August 28, 2011 (UTC)

Poll duration extended
