So far Ive collected 19 bobbleheads, and the only one I can't get is the Energy Weapon Bobblehead in Raven Rock because I wasn't collecting at the time I went through there. Now my question is to get the 20 bobblehead achievement, can I just collect it if I start a new game and still get the achievement, or do I need to collect all 20 over again on a new save? I don't have any saves dating back to Raven Rock, btw.

I am not sure, but I think you'll have to do it on a new save. I was keeping track of how many people I killed and how many speech challenges I passed. I was working on two characters simultaneously. Combined, they had over 300 kills and 50 speech challenges complete, but I did not get the achievement until I got 300 kills on one character.
