Which weapon can make most damage in one shot, including sneak critical damage? Looks like YCS/186, variant of gauss rifle with max charge ammo is one of the best. Can kill Lanius in one shot in very hard and without chems if you have enough perks and skills. Is there anything better?

I tried to kill him with fat man but it turned out rather poor-takes him only around 250 of 910 hps. Anti material rifle killed him on hard, but not on very hard.
Now i found much better one. This is multiplas rifle. Try to get useful perks as beter criticals and others, take psycho and stealth boy, equip multiplas rifle and max charge ammo. Then try to stay in [hidden] mode and make a sneak critical outside VATS to enemy head. Any enemy should be killed in first shot. I used this against Gojira (can be met only with console commands, he has 8000hp) and made 7998 damage in hard mode, a bit less than 6000 damage in very hard. On normal i killed him, but shot would do over 10k damage(if he had so much life), and over 20k damage in very easy. As far as i know there is no enemy with enough hp, but if there was one, he wold get at least -20k hp in very easy. --188.230.177.153 18:09, September 21, 2011 (UTC)
